What forms of payment are accepted for vaccination?

ASD accepts the following as payment for services:

• Cash
• Credit card (MasterCard and Visa)
• Money Orders or Checks* (from a local financial institution only) along with a driver license or other federal/state issued picture I.D. Make checks & Money Orders payable to: Miami Dade Animal Services Department
• Business checks - The person presenting the check must have a valid driver's license which will be noted on the check. Checks cannot be blank and must have a business name, address and phone number
• ATM check card with the Visa or MasterCard logo

NOTE: American Express Cards are not accepted

*Check Return Fees: An additional $25 fee is charged for returned checks whose face value does not exceed $50. If the face value of the returned check is greater, the fee is increased, as well, in accordance with Florida Statute 832.07.
