Chairwoman Biography

Barbara “Barby” Morales is the President and CEO of United Senior Consultants, a Florida-based placement agency that helps older adults and their families find appropriate assisted living options across the state. With more than 17 years of experience collaborating with healthcare providers, case managers, and community organizations, she specializes in guiding seniors through the transition to safe and supportive living environments based on their care needs and available benefits. Morales is also an active community advocate for older adults, serving on advisory boards and working with local organizations to expand access to resources and housing options.
