Monthly Utilization Reports
A Monthly Utilization Report (MUR) is a report completed by the successful bidder on a contract to report dollars it has requisitioned and been paid by the County, as well as those dollars paid to subcontractors and subconsultants.
Construction
Prime contractors must submit a MUR to the County for contracts that have the following contract measures: set-aside, trade set-asides or subcontractor goals. MURs must be submitted monthly, listing all work requisitioned in the past month by the SBE-Construction firms identified on the Schedule of Intent Affidavit and all expenditures paid to date to the identified SBE.

Prime consultants must submit a MUR to the County for all awarded contracts. MURs must be submitted monthly, listing all work requisitioned in the past month by all firms on the team and all expenditures paid to date to all team members.

Goods and Services
Prime consultants must submit a Quarterly Utilization Report to the County for contracts that have the following contract measures: set-aside or subcontractor goals. MURs must be submitted quarterly, listing all work requisitioned in the past quarter by the SBE-Goods and Services firms identified on the Schedule of Intent Affidavit and all expenditures paid to date to the identified SBE.
