Miami-Dade Parks’ 4th annual Black History Month celebration returns to Sgt. Joseph Delancy Park
Celebrate the rich culture of Black history with Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Kionne McGhee, and Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department at the 4th annual Black History Month celebration on Saturday, February 3, 2024, from noon to 5 p.m., at Sgt. Joseph Delancy Park, located at 14450 Boggs Dr, Miami, FL 33176.
This event celebrates the 2024 theme “African Americans and the Arts,” exploring the profound impact Black Americans have made on visual arts, music, cultural movements and beyond, while embracing the mission of Miami-Dade Parks, to create outstanding recreational, natural, and cultural experiences that enrich and enhance the quality of life for our community for this and future generations.
