The Infrastructure and Law Enforcement Applications Unit is responsible for the telecommunications network, personal computers, e-mail communication, customer service center, network security, CJIS compliance, cellular phone services, and satellite phone services.

The Technical Support Section is responsible for police radio programming, distribution, support and services.

The Fleet Management Bureau is responsible for purchasing, assigning, exchanging, tracking, and replacing departmental vehicles.
