Proposals were requested from one or more qualified and not-conflicted public or private nonprofit or for profit health planning agencies, consulting firms and other service providers who are experienced in health care and/or HIV/AIDS related issues to provide professional staff support services to the Miami-Dade HIV/AIDS Partnership.
Proposals were solicited for the FY 2009-2010 Choose Life License Plate Initiative on Monday, June 6, 2011 from organizations qualified to administer funds generated within Miami-Dade County by the "Choose Life" License Plate, issued by the State of Florida, in accordance with Florida Statute sections 320.08056, 320.08058(29) and 320.08062. Approximately $39,951 was available to support application(s) funded via this RFP for a 12-month budget period with an anticipated commencement date of July 1, 2011. The deadline for submission was June 20, 2011.
