Urban Design Manual

The Urban Design Manual illustrates urban design principles that can significantly improve the quality of physical development in unincorporated Miami-Dade County.

The manual provides criteria to be used by designers, developers and County staff, all of whom are responsible for aspects of physical development in the County. These documents should be used widely as tools to help inform the public about urban design.
