The City of Doral, in partnership with the Cortada Foundation and Kurv Industrial, invites the community to a special celebration commemorating the installation of Flower Force: America 250, a new public art installation by renowned artist Xavier Cortada honoring America’s 250th Anniversary.

Presented by the Miami Short Film Festival (MIAMIsFF) in partnership with Deering Estate, the evening features a selection of short films reflecting on the nation’s 250th anniversary.

This project honors the 250th Anniversary of the United States by bringing to life Julia Tuttle through a 3D visual installation, allowing visitors to experience her story as the founder of Miami. The event connects historical legacy with modern artistic expression, community engagement and multicultural celebration.

USA 250th Celebration at loanDepot Park takes place during the Miami Marlins’ matchup against the Cleveland Guardians. Fans who purchase the USA Celebration ticket package receive an exclusive commemorative jersey and access to postgame entertainment on the West Plaza.

The 36th Annual ADA Celebration hosted by the Miami-Dade PIOD ADA Office will celebrate the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, a civil rights law. This year's event will feature a display on the History of Disability in America and will feature notable figures throughout American history who have/had disabilities. The event will feature guest speakers and live entertainment by the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind Youth Band.
