Thrive305 Action Plan

Thrive305 is the largest public engagement initiative in Miami-Dade County government’s history. The guiding principle behind Thrive305 is simple – that government works best when it’s driven, informed, and led by the people it represents.

The effort was led by the Mayor's Division of Innovation and Performance in partnership with the Miami Foundation. Thrive305 kicked off with a countywide survey answered by over 26,400 residents, followed by a series of large-scale discussions to collect ideas and planning workshops to convert those ideas into tangible government actions. The Action Plan is the output of all that insight, feedback, and collaboration – a blueprint to build a stronger, more thriving Miami-Dade, crafted by our residents in close collaboration with civic partners and County staff.
