Garage Sales
Garage sales in Miami-Dade County do not require a permit.
Citizens are allowed to hold two garage sales per year; anything over that is not permitted.
Signs are not permitted on the right-of-way to announce or advertise the garage sale.
To report any possible problems, please call 3-1-1 or report a property via email to [email protected].
