This site allowed for inspection requests for the reduction and/or release of Subdivision Improvement bonds that were requested, processed and accepted up to July 31, 2024. For all inspection requests submitted for the reduction or release of Subdivision Improvement bonds after July 31, 2024, please visit the Request Inspections page via the Citizen Self-Service (CSS) Portal .

Subdivision Improvement Bonds services will be available on the Citizen Self-Service (CSS) Portal . Bond Reduction/Releases Inspections will also be requested through CSS Portal making it a seamless process and providing progress tracking in real-time in one convenient online location.
