PortMiami ID Badge Card Renewal
PortMiami card holders must renew their ID Badge before the expiration date listed on their credential. Customers may renew their Port ID's up to one month prior to the expiration date.

  Renewal Options
  New Applicants:
  New applications can only be processed in person at the Port's Credentials Office.   
You can download the following PortMiami documents, fill them out and bring them with you when you come to our office to expedite your credential process:
  PortMiami Identification Card Application Form - Required  
  PortMiami Company Authorization Letter - Required  
  PortMiami Firearm Application Form - Required only for Security or Police officers  
  PortMiami Dockside Application Form - Required when requesting access  
PortMiami requires that all applicants provide two photo government-issued identifications as proof of identity depending on the applicant’s status:
Citizens
- Driver’s License
- Identification card
- Valid, unexpired US passport or US passport card
- Original or certified US birth certificate from a government agency
- Naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship
- Consular proof of birth abroad
- TWIC card
Residents
- Driver’s License
- Identification card
- Valid passport, along with proof of current temporary status classification from the Department of Homeland Security
- Current permanent resident card (I-551)
- TWIC card
Non-Residents
- Driver’s License
- Identification card

  Renew Online:
PortMiami card holders can renew online and pick up the ID Badge at the Port's Credentials Office.     
To expedite your PortMiami ID Badge request you will have the opportunity to upload the following documents as a PDF

  Replace a Damaged or Lost ID Badge:
If your current PortMiami ID Badge is damaged or lost, please visit our office with the required documentation

  Dockside Cruise and Cargo:
PortMiami card holders in need of a Cruise and/or Cargo Dockside permit must email the application and supporting documentation to [email protected] . Please note there's a $25.00 fee applicable to replace your credential. Please visit our website for a list of requirements and instructions.
