The Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources' (RER) Code Compliance System (CCS) provides access to public code compliance information. Here you will find building recertification enforcement cases for County-owned buildings with activity on or after October 29, 2025. To search for other types of building code enforcement cases, including those with earlier activity, visit Building Support Case Search.
CCS supports the County’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and public safety by making inspection records, notices, and compliance updates available online. As additional enforcement processes are incorporated into the system, this portal will expand to include other types of cases managed through RER's code compliance programs.

Instructions
Enter a case number, property address, or folio number in the search bar to locate a case. You can also explore results using the interactive table below.
Working with the Table
The results table is fully interactive:
- Sort results by clicking any column header.
- Filter using the funnel icon to narrow results.
- Group by dragging a column header to the grouping bar above the table.
- Resize or reorder columns by dragging their borders or headers.
- Expand grouped rows (â–¸) to see individual cases.
- Use the toolbar to Export, Reset, or Return to the RER Consumer and Neighborhood Protection (CNP) Services Homepage.
Viewing Case Details
Each record in the search results includes links that access different parts of the case file:
- Case Number: Opens the Case Summary page, where you can view general case information.
- Case Location: Opens the Activities page, showing inspections, findings, and other actions taken on the property.
- Owner: Opens the Contacts page, displaying ownership and interested party information.
